A 29 year old man, CFMEU Member Carlos Araujo, has died after being crushed in an incident at the Specialised Concrete Pumping company yard.

The building industry is dangerous, but workplace fatalities are unacceptable.

Tomorrow, Friday 13 November 2015, the Industry Fatality Policy will be implemented.
